Third Prize

The proposal aims to integrate the building with the city by connecting Risueño and La Merced squares via a public ground floor. The plan includes pedestrianizing Don Roque Street and extending the interior paving to the exterior, inviting the public to enter. To achieve this free circulation, a raised floor will be created to separate the projection room. The design includes two main entrances, side access points, and a glazed multipurpose room that functions as a showcase, promoting visual permeability and interaction with the center's activities.
