FREMM Cartagena

First Prize

The FREMM 4.0 project in Cartagena was conceived to meet the demand for vocational training through sustainable architecture that optimizes teaching flows and operational efficiency. Aesthetically, the building maintains a neutral palette of concrete and steel, broken only by a blue cornice line that culminates in an illuminated logo, acting as a visual landmark within the industrial park. The entire design aligns with LEED certification, pursuing a holistic vision that integrates energy savings, recycling, and maximum user comfort.
